Today a healing resonated so much with me, I wanted to post about it. As a mum of a teen/pre-teens I also have to learn to let them go. Not always easy as much as you are happy for them. Just remember, they are always yours 🥰

Today was a day of rushing around… here, there and everywhere.
I wish I could sit on this bench again and take a break, enjoy the view. So I decided to create my own principle. Tomorrow, I will stop stressing. Breathe. Be mindful and be present💜✨

Everybody experiences Reiki different. Some sleep 👍🏻, some dream, some see colours etc. My client (a single mum of 2) felt like she held her children in her arms and knew she’s doing just fine. More than that: She’s enough ❤️. So much love 💜✨

My client asked to send Reiki to her daughter who struggled going into school due to anxiety. That's all the information I had and as usual a current picture of the daughter.
Everything I felt was correct. After my feedback, mum is now able to link previous experiences and support her daughter even better. To my delight, her daughter went into school this morning. ✨🙏💜
