Hello, I’m Philip McAllister – Senior Customer Relations Manager at Advinia Health Care
I’m excited to have joined the Advinia team, bringing over a decade of experience in customer relations and sales leadership within the care sector. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on supporting families through every stage of the care journey, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong connections between care homes and their local communities.
Having spent time growing up in Africa and America, I developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, empathy, and community, values that continue to shape how I approach my work. I strongly believe that outstanding care starts with meaningful relationships, clear communication, and trust.
Beyond my professional experience, I’m a Dementia Friends Champion and advocate for inclusivity and wellbeing. I’m passionate about initiatives that bring people together through shared understanding and compassion.
I’m looking forward to supporting Advinia’s mission of delivering exceptional, person-centred care across the UK and making a positive difference for our residents, families, and teams.
