Raising a glass for a very special lady, who sadly is no longer with us. Although our time together was short… it was an honor helping you and I hope that I may have eased your worries a bit and that together ~ your last days were a bit brighter.

It will always be the most difficult part of my work… saying good bye to such special people, who certainly impact my world.

Some great advice.

Personally, as an asthma sufferer myself, I’ve been feeling a bit more out of breath lately. Remember to use your maintenance inhaler daily as prescribed and always carry your reliever on you 🙏👍

Stay safe and hydrated.

Hot weather and thunderstorms can trigger symptoms in those who suffer with lung conditions such as asthma.

If you have been prescribed an inhaler, carry it with you during periods of hot or thundery weather.
