This time of year can be really stressful, so it's important that you are checking in with yourself and thinking about your wellbeing. Yes, exams and education are important and can really benefit our future, however, your mental health is equally as important! πŸ’―

Think about how you manage other life stressors... what usually helps you? What are the things that you could maybe avoid? Think about how much you have already overcome in your life, how were you able to do that? What strength and resilience did it take? πŸ‘

Finally, remember you don't have to feel alone during this time πŸ‘₯. Even if all your friends are busy revising and you don't want to bother them, it's likely they'll be in need of a friendly chat too.
Or, you can reach out to us at Mental Wealth Academyfor free 1-1 support.
