Bloom with Daisy offers fun and creative yoga and mindfulness classes to Children and Teens from ages 2 to 18.. I am a qualified Children’s yoga teacher.

I use the traditional foundations of yoga in a creative and fun way to give them the tools to lead a happier and healthier life. Hi, I am Daisy, a fun, talkative and passionate human driven to help children feel empowered, positive and connected to their bodies and minds. I am based primarily in Oxford but return to Thornbury occasionally for workshops. Bloom with Daisy seeks to improve children’s mental and physical well-being. I completed my 95 hour teacher training with Yogabeez in 2021 in accordance with the Yoga Alliance requirements. My own healing journey through mental and physical illness has inspired me to pass on my wisdom. I will share with the children how we can better cope with life’s difficulties whilst seeing the beauty and awe in our world.

This will be the only class I am running whilst I start my return to University to become an Occupational Therapist. I am hoping to resume family classes again in the New Year! Contact me for upcoming dates as these are arranged as a class rather than set date currently.

A heads up for July's family yoga classes- Our theme is creativity.This session will the give children the opportunity to explore their own versions of poses using toys and pictures as prompts!

My family yoga classes are for children 2 upwards. They are playful and energetic with a calming ending.

Botley yoga class
Sunday 13th April at 14:15 at Seacourt Hall, Botley.
£12 for 1 child and adult, an extra £3 for another person.

Chilton yoga class
Sunday 27th April at 14:30 at Chilton Village Hall.
£10 for 1 child and adult, an extra £3 for another person.

Classes are 45 minutes.

Please bring your own mats if you have them or request to borrow one.

Age recommendation- children ages 3-10.
