Step into a beautiful space of retreat and take some time just for you in this workshop, designed to help you reset, restore, and feel amazing. We’ll start with a dynamic yoga flow to build heat, release tension, and connect with your body. Then, we’ll melt into a deeply restorative practice that promotes deep rest and recovery - think long, luxurious stretches and pure relaxation.

You’ll also experience calming breathwork and guided meditation to help quiet your mind and leave you feeling grounded and recharged.

Set in a serene, nurturing environment, this is the perfect opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and fully unwind. To top it all off, we’ll finish the session with tea, cake, and a cozy moment to connect with the group - or just enjoy a little ‘you’ time in the garden.

This is your chance to pause, rest, and restore. All levels welcome - just bring yourself and a willingness to let go!
