As the days lengthen and the vibrant energy of May takes hold, it’s time to shed the last of the winter "stowaway" energy and prepare for the expansive season of summer.
This 2 hour workshop is designed to reinvigorate your physical body and clear your mental space. We move beyond the pace of a standard class to explore a deeper, more intentional practice that leaves you feeling bright, focused, and fully awake.
What to Expect:
The Solar Flow: An energising Vinyasa sequence designed to build heat, improve circulation, and awaken your "inner sun."
Intentional Openers: Targeted poses to release tension in the hips and heart, creating physical space for deeper breathing.
Pranayama (Breathwork): Refreshing breathing techniques to cool the mind and boost natural energy levels.
Extended Meditation: A guided visualisation focused on "Renewal," helping you set a clear, vibrant intention for the months ahead.
DiSH will be open afterwards if you'd like to enjoy a drink or lunch!
