S A V I N G / L I V E S ❤️
The way we respond to anyone experiencing a cardiac arrest can literally make a life changing difference. With knowledge we can feel more confident in what to do, how, and when. Especially with access to public defiblerators.
Heart issues are literally very personal and close to me and my family. I've run 5k at Blenheim in the past to raise funds for the brilliant charity British Heart Foundation
Many years ago my own father was airlifted to hospital after experiencing a cardiac arrest after collapsing on their driveway after a bike ride. My mother knew of his heart issues and had attended a local BHF visit to perform CPR. Which my mother put to use and performed the same procedures outlined in this easy to use link which at the time saved his life.❤️
It takes 15 minutes to complete and is super easy to follow with great interaction and feedback.
Hopefully we'll never have to use these skills but having the knowledge eases that worry and can literally save someone's life.
Which is why I have completed my training and wanted to share and raise awareness. So please feel free to forward onto anyone else who may benefit.
Love & Light
