Join Us for a Unique Sauna & Yoga Experience in Nature

We are welcoming you to Sawna Llosgi, first Scandinavian wood-fired sauna paired with the tranquillity of a traditional yoga class.
Nestled along the banks of the beautiful River Teifi in Llandysul, this is your chance to immerse yourself in a healing blend of hot and cold therapy while surrounded by the stunning scenery of West Wales. -Location: Llandysul Paddlers
-Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes
- 1 hour sauna and cold plunge pool/river
- 15 minutes for swimming, paddling or relaxing
- 15 minutes of pranayama practices
- 1 hour of yoga session led by Nathalie Yoga, concluding with a guided meditation
