Sink into a deep, restful savasana, followed by a guided meditation and gentle bio-energy healing session. This nurturing practice helps release stored tension, support your natural energy flow, and restore balance — creating space for stillness, intention and rest.

🌟Many people ask me what I experience or what comes through when I am healing.

🌟Sometimes, it can be a few simple words or an image, other times my hands will guide me to the area which needs attention.

🌟I would like to share with you one of my most recent experiences where I could feel my client's higher self come through to offer guidance (permission from client obtained). This lovely person booked a course of treatments to gain more clarity in her life and let go of any energies that were holding her back. When I was working on her, I was given the message that she didn't need a new improved version of herself. She needed to get back to her original self, and it was the layers of false beliefs and programming that had been added over time that she needed to let go of.

🌟Our higher wisdom is so profound. It was truly beautiful to hear that we don’t need to change who we are—instead, the journey is about returning to our original, uniquely beautiful selves because we are already perfect just as we are.
