If you take prescription medicine, make sure you have enough to see you through the long weekend.

By ordering and collecting your prescriptions before the festive Bank Holiday, you are helping relieve the strain on NHS services across Wales.

It’s also always good to have a well-stocked first aid box at home for any minor illness or injury.

⚠️ Face masks now required

To help keep our patients and staff safe this winter, the wearing of face masks is now required across our sites.

This step is being taken because cases of winter viruses, including flu, coronavirus, norovirus and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), are rising across south Wales. Even mild infections can cause harm.

Wearing a mask is a simple and effective way we can protect and support each other through the winter months.

Thank you for your support and understanding. πŸ’š
