2025 is around the corner, so here are 3 tips to start the new year on the right foot with a healthy mouth! 🦷

1. Brush twice a day
Ideally with an electric toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste!

2. Never use mouthwash after brushing
This washes all the toothpaste off your teeth which we want to keep on.

3. Brush in between your teeth
Whether with floss of an interdental toothbrush, ensure you are going the extra step to get all the dirt from your teeth.
