I believe in the holistic approach to health and think that we are like snowflakes in that no two are the same; we are all unique individuals and our approach to full health needs to be tailored to what is best for us. I am a fully qualified therapist trained in Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Menopause Reflexology, Ear Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, Zone Face Lift and Indian Head Massage. A few years ago I was run down due to over-exercising, not eating the correct foods for my body and not managing my excessive stress levels adequately. I have always had a love of all things natural and found that complementary therapies, along with nutritional therapy, played a huge part in my journey to full health.

It's been over a year since I last held a Gua Sha Workshop and if there is enough interest I would be happy to run another one. Information on the workshop is below - please get in touch to register your interest.

The Gua Sha Workshop is held in my treatment room with a maximum of 4 participants, allowing for a more personal and supportive experience.

This 2-hour workshop includes:
* Guidance on how to use your Gua Sha tool effectively
* Creation of your own unique facial oil blend
* A video to take home as a reminder of the techniques learned
* Investment: £40

☺️ On this Workshop we'll explore the healing benefits of Gua Sha, teaching you how to use the tool to support your wellness goals - whether it's easing sinus discomfort, reducing puffiness, relieving jaw and muscle tension, defining your jawline, or smoothing fine lines. You will learn lymphatic drainage, lifting and sculpting skills.

☺️ You will create your very own personalised essential oil Facial Oil blend, which enhances the benefits of the Gua Sha Facial experience.

☺️ If you don't already have a Gua Sha tool, you’ll be able to purchase one from me.

☺️ You will also receive a short video afterwards to remind you of the sequence you will learn on the day. Please note that this is a self-care workshop for personal use only.

Workshops will be held on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, either 1000–1200 or 1400–1600. Please let me know which days and times suit you best, and I will arrange dates that work for the majority.

Last night was a beautiful evening of rebalancing, strengthening and setting intentions for our growth throughout the forthcoming Spring months.

Once again a huge thank you to the lovely souls who came along and shared their Friday evening with me and made this Retreat such a wonderful evening ✨💖✨🙏✨

As light and dark come into balance at the Spring Equinox, you’re invited to pause, reset and gently awaken into spring.

During this 3-hour nurturing evening retreat, we’ll begin by moving through a Chi Kung Body Clock Flow to help reset and harmonise our energy for the season ahead.

We’ll then weave together a grounding and energising root to rise asana practice, breathwork, meditation and seasonal information to restore inner balance and harmony. We’ll also work with a personal Sankalpa (intention), allowing it to guide your practice and gently anchor into the subconscious during a deeply relaxing and restorative 40 minute Yoga Nidra.

This mini-retreat is designed to help you release winter heaviness and welcome the lighter, brighter energy of spring. This evening offers calm, clarity and renewal - without rushing, forcing or pushing.

If you’d love to join but are wondering whether you’ll manage three hours of movement, please don’t worry - the evening isn’t all about asana. There’s plenty of space woven throughout for gentle breathwork, meditation, and creating your own Sankalpa (intention) for the year ahead.

We’ll also pause to connect over a cup of tea and a wee snack, and of course enjoy 40 minutes of simply lying back in Yoga Nidra - allowing your body and mind to fully integrate all you’ve experienced.

Last week was definitely about my own self-care 😌 and it looked like this

Wednesday - online Sound Bath 😴
Saturday - Facial Reflexology 😌
Sunday - Distance Reiki ☺️
Monday - Breathing relaxation 🥰

A friend has just qualified in Reiki level 2 and asked to practice Distance Reiki on me - so of course I said yes 😁 and it was amazing 🤩

And today I watched one of my Breath Well Feel Well 30 minute videos and totally chilled out just breathing and relaxing 😌

And in amongst all this I’ve been practicing for this Fridays Spring Equinox Evening Yoga Retreat 🧘‍♂️

This was a very good week for my self-care but I do like to include things in my daily life that bring me great joy and calm. How is your self-care and what do you do that helps you relax and makes you feel good?

This just popped up on my feed and I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since I qualified in Foot Reflexology 👣

My course involved 100 hours in person, 100 hours of case studies and at least another 200 hours of study! And I have absolutely no idea how many pairs of feet I’ve worked on since then - but I do know that I’ve loved every single pair of feet I’ve met 😌 👣

And of course this enabled me to then train in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Ear Reflexology, Menopause Reflexology and Nerve Pain Reflexology - did I mention I L💖VE Reflexology ✨
