‼️Important Notice Regarding Anima - Our New Triage System‼️

We understand that adapting to a new system can be challenging and we appreciate your patience as we all adjust to using Anima, our new triage platform.

However, we are deeply concerned that our reception team have been receiving abusive telephone calls. While we recognise that change can sometimes be frustrating, we ask that all patients treat our staff with respect and courtesy. Our team is here to help and is simply carrying out their duties. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

For patients without internet access, you can still call the surgery, and a care navigator will complete the Anima form with you over the phone.

For all others, we strongly encourage you to submit the Anima form online via our website for all appointment requests and administrative queries. If you are having difficulty accessing the form, please do not hesitate to call us—our care navigators are happy to assist you.

‼️ANIMA Help‼️ For anyone struggling with the technical side of Anima, whether it be creating an account, adding dependents or just logging in, we have our fabulous PPG volunteers who will be available for assistance in the waiting room on Wednesday 9th, Thursday 10th & Friday 11th July between 9am and 11am. ‼️Please come and ask for help!‼️
