I'm injured.
Literally took flight on the bumpy slide at soft play and bashed my coccyx. Funny at the time but not since.
After doing 3 sports massage treatments today, I've found a little time to get my spine moving and free it up, before the tailbone sends the rest of me off and out of sync.
Pilates is can be gentle and yet still powerful.
The reformer will help me lengthen back out.
