This is Alex 🙂

When Alex first came to see us a number of years ago, she had been suffering with back pain on and off for about 20 years 🗓️ 🤕

Unfortunately, her back pain was getting worse because the problems were becoming more frequent 📉

She had been treated by different practitioners 🧑‍⚕️ in the past and had some success ✅

The most remarkable thing about Alex's case is that no one had ever identified the link between her work-related stress levels 😣 and her back pain ⚡

Alex's work stress had actually lead her to stop partaking in hobbies during her free time, most notably she had stopped painting 🎨 🖌️

Painting represented a BIG stress reliever for Alex. At this moment, I made the strangest recommendation of my career...

I recommended that she make an effort to take up painting 🎨 again, to see if it helped reduce her stress levels and thus, reduce her back pain...

It worked ✅

Since this point, Alex has been able to manage her own back pain far more effectively 🥳

Meet Andy! 👋

After struggling with back pain on and off for 3 years, he came to see us 🧑‍⚕️

We employed a mix of hands-on treatment and physical rehabilitation tailored to his needs, as well as a number of adaptations to his lifestyle 🚶

With a job that involves both physical work 💪 and long hours of driving 🚛, we agreed on a maintenance schedule that would best suit Andy's needs

Although he still feels the occasional twinge, Andy’s pain levels are now much more manageable. 💪✨

Meet Charlie! 👋

She came to see us in March this year, after suffering with on and off neck pain for 6 years 🗓️

She had been to see manual therapists 🧑‍⚕️ in the past and found the treatment beneficial, but unfortunately her pain returned 😔

We have worked with Charlie over the last 6 months using a variety of hands on treatment and physical rehabilitation.

I last saw Charlie in August and she reported having no pain! 🙌

Meet Owen 🙌

After struggling with a hamstring issue for 4 long years and missing out on playing the sport he loves, football, he finally took the step to see Rob at Diss Chiropractic Clinic 👨‍⚕️

We very quickly identified that the main issue Owen was facing was that he simply did not have the correct rehabilitation programme 🏋️‍♂️

After just 3 months of rehab, Owen took his first big step and started playing football ⚽️ again - albeit very gently!

From 4 years out, to returning in 3 months 💪

Owen had been to see a number of different practitioners before he visited our clinic and his case perfectly highlights the pivotal need for specific and tailored rehab when starting a treatment plan.

It’s been an inspiring journey, and I’m thrilled to share that Owen is now back on the field every week, fully enjoying the game he’s passionate about! ⚽️
