Join Jo for a deeply supportive and heart-centred Reiki Share designed to help you release, receive, and renew. As winter draws us inward, this gathering offers a warm, communal space to reconnect with your energy and with one another.
Jo will gently guide you through a series of soothing practices including energy-meridian cleansing, a grounding Reiki meditation, and group healing.

This is a safe, gentle space for everyone - whether you wish to participate or simply receive. You’re welcome to lie down or sit comfortably, follow Jo’s voice or drift into stillness, and allow the energy to flow wherever it is needed most.

Please come to the open morning on Saturday 13th December -from 10 a.m until 1 p.m.- to meet the therapists & practitioners and to view the new premises. New Merchandise!
I have re-stocked the shelf at the Bee Hive Coffee Shop in Blo' Norton. The shelf has been very busy- all the crystal books sold and the hand-made marbled soy wax crystal candles have been very popular- all-but-one sold. I have been back on the candle production line as well as sourcing more good second-hand crystal books. I have added some lavender essential oil to my range of products. Some cheeky hand crafted crochet sprouts (encasing Lindor chocolates) have appeared on the shelf. Each one is named and looking for a tree for Christmas- if you have a little space.
There are chakra and crystal-chip bracelets, wind spinners and some other goodies. The Bee Hive is currently only open Friday to Sunday 10:30 to 2:45. Pop in for some of their delicious food while you browse.
The coffee shop will close on 22nd December until 1st March- so just a four more weekends until it begins its winter break.

European Reiki Group Gathering – Meditation for Peace & Unity 🌍

This month’s European Reiki Medi-Circle is something special. Hosted by the UK Reiki Federation and guided by Jo Fellows, this virtual gathering brings together practitioners from across Europe to share energy, meditation, and connection in real time.

Every month, a different country takes the lead. This time, it’s the UK’s turn - and we’d love you to be part of it. Together, we’ll form one circle that spans borders, languages, and time zones, uniting in a shared moment of stillness and collective Reiki energy.

Jo Fellows, the UK Reiki Federation’s Distance Healing Coordinator, will guide this session. Her calm and experienced approach helps even first-time participants feel grounded, supported, and connected to something larger than themselves.

Expect a gentle opening meditation, shared distance Reiki, and quiet reflection to close - simple, powerful, and deeply restorative. Let’s gather in stillness and strength to remember what connects us all: Reiki, love, and peace. 💫

Hi Reiki friends! I have a number of exciting things to announce, but rather than do them all at once, I'll try to write a post a day for the next few days (something I often have a hard time keeping up with).

The first exciting thing is that I am participating in the upcoming Reiki Rays Healing Summit for the first time. For those unfamiliar with this event, it is a five-day series of conversations about Reiki with many of the world's leading figures, which you can access for free during the event.

My talk will be available for 24 hours on the first day of the event, Friday, November 7, alongside talks by other friends and colleagues discussing Reiki's roots. I have to say that I had an amazing conversation with the moderator, Yolanda Williams, aka The Energetic Alchemist. I'm looking forward to watching everyone else's talks as well!
