Over the last 10+ years, we've helped:

As a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator with a MSc in sports medicine, it can be mistaken that YB injured is for sports people, however a lot of people we see do not do any sport.

If you move, you can benefit from sports rehab. We are about health, function, freedom, and feeling the best you can!

After much consideration, I want to inform
you that I will be adjusting my prices. This is the first price increase I've made since
starting my business over 10 years ago. Throughout this time, my priority has always been to keep my treatments affordable for you, and while this adjustment is necessary to maintain the quality and sustainability of YB injured, I am committed to ensuring that my prices remain reasonable. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

The new prices will come in to effect from the 1st April 2025

10 years of YB injured! 🥳

⚠️ long post alert

Today marks the 10 year anniversary of YBinjured ... and what a fantastic 10 years it has been!

Huge thanks goes to:
My Dad - for designing my logo, becoming chief towel washer and providing me with a conversational topic in the clinic.

My Mum - assistant towel washer and chef after long days at work.

My sister - for her top tier letter writing skills, medical knowledge reassurance and being the best hype woman. Plus getting her sausage dogs anniversary bandanas to celebrate.

The rest of my family - for forever needing treatment.

Diss Fit Club - Anouska, Paul and all staff I worked with for helping me get my business up and running.

Diss Business Space - Rachel and Gareth for providing the space to host my business and the continued support.

My friends - for all of their support.

And of course a massive thanks to my patients - who without my business would never have got this far. Your support, encouragement and recommendations mean so much to me!

Yesterday we had the privilege of attending and supporting Footy Fest '24 a charity event held by Midwich at Craven Cottage - a great day had by all and luckily no injuries to report!
