The original intention when we set up The Space was to create a place to share our own wellness practices and classes (yoga & massage), and maybe a few others would join us - or so we tentatively hoped.

And they did. More so than we could have ever dreamed possible. The Space today offers an amazing range of classes, therapies, workshops, and treatments with lots of INCREDIBLE practitioners & teachers, and we honestly could not be more proud of that.

But one thing that we didn't anticipate was how much we would love to work here doing all the myriad of non-client facing tasks that running a business involves. As our families have grown & our own homes have become busier, this has become more of a necessity than ever. Sitting with our laptops and a cuppa, together or alone, The Space offers us peace, calm & productivity.

And we've been thinking. Why not offer this out to everyone else? So we created to share about all the ways that you can work at The Space.

You too can come here to work, in peace, with others, on projects, dreams & ideas. This is for freelancers, creatives, and entrepreneurs as well as practitioners, therapists & teachers.

If you are interested in working here, come along to our launch event on Friday 13th March, where we will gather (free of charge) to recharge, share and inspire. Find out more

We will continue to share our classes & many other wellbeing practices here.

Aynur is an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner with 20 years working in education. Aynur has grown increasingly concerned about the lack of adequate support for children's emotional and mental wellbeing, and alongside her work with children in a local school she offers private sessions in Drawing & Talking and Emotional Literacy for children.

A fun introduction to yoga for little ones (ideal for ages 3-5 but other ages are welcome), and a chance as a parent to stretch, relax & breathe.

It was back to work this week after a lovely break over the festive period. We are feeling energised & ready for the year ahead ✨️

Yesterday we had a strategy session with the wonderful Gabriella .biz which has fired us up ready for some exciting developments this year. We highly recommend working with these guys if you have a small business and need support with marketing, strategy & more.
