Sadly, after a training walk on Saturday morning I had a small injury ...tore my calf muscle, I know, I'd done a good warm up, I'd been walking 5 miles already, it was just bad luck ....
So the walk is postponed. Thank you for all your support, I'll be back on track again soon.....

During my holiday I've managed to finish the Peddars Way/ Norfolk Coast Path walk, just the last 14 miles, with my lovely cousin Thistle.

I managed another 16miles of the North Norfolk Coast path. Starting from the bus stop in Holme next the sea, I did the end of Peddars way again, walked out to the sea, then back the path, I got to Brancaster by lunchtime and The Hero in Burnham Overy after over 5 1/2 hours of walking.

The sunflowers are absolutely loving this weather. More and more flowers are popping up every day meaning there will be loads to choose from when you visit us. 🌻
It’s not long now, our opening date is Wednesday 7th August 9am-5pm.
We will be open every Wednesday- Sunday 9am- 5pm for 3-4 weeks after opening. 💛 We cannot wait to see you there!
A few key things to know about our sunflower field:
- Our sunflower field is located just outside of Horringer, Bury St Edmunds along the road A143 heading towards Chedburgh.  
What three words location-

- No dogs allowed.
- No professional photography unless we are contacted beforehand.
- There are uneven and slippery surfaces, so please make sure you wear sensible footwear.
-Picnics welcome. No alcohol permitted.
