✨ Grateful reflections ✨

Last night we gathered for a deep Inner Child Meditation & Sound Bath.
It was an emotional journey of reconnecting, softening, and remembering.

🔔 The gong opened the sacred space, calling forth the hidden wounds and guiding us into deeper realms of being.
🌊 The ocean drum invoked the tides of emotion, allowing us to surrender and flow.
🎶 Through the handmade tongue pan, a poem was sung, an offering of voice and vibration to cradle the inner child.
💧 The sansula carried the element of water, awakening softness, fluidity, and renewal.
🔮 The Tibetan bowls enveloped us in timeless resonance, holding each heart as we met our inner child with compassion.
🌬️ With Koshi chimes, the ceremony was sealed, a breath of light, a blessing of peace.

With deep gratitude to everyone who came, shared presence, and allowed themselves to listen within.
May our inner children feel seen, safe, and loved. 🙏🏻

Frequencies on Prescription 🎵

Dr. Paul Nogier, a pioneering french neurologist (1908–1996), believed that illness begins when our cells can no longer vibrate at their natural, healthy patterns. Through years of research, he discovered a remarkable truth: there is a single musical tone capable of resonating with every tissue in the human body.

When he applied this tone and it's complementary harmonics to damaged areas, patients often experienced healing, sometimes with astonishing speed.

Dr. Nogier also found that the same tone, played in different octaves, could have entirely different effects on the body. So, instead of using just one frequency, he used the same tone across seven octaves, seven distinct frequencies applied in groups of three.

FREQUENCY THERAPY AGAINST CHRONIC PAIN

As sound therapists, we see it every day: deep sounds almost rewrite the body’s pain map.
A 2015 clinical trial showed impressive results in patients with fibromyalgia (a chronic pain syndrome involving widespread muscle and joint pain, fatigue, and sleep disturbances).

The treatment protocol was simple: 40 Hz vibroacoustic therapy twice a week, 23 minutes per session, for 5 weeks.

The results speak for themselves:
– 81% average improvement in quality of life
– 90% improvement in sleep quality
Both were statistically highly significant.

The vibrations reach the body as gentle mechanical waves, and it is as if they “retune” the neural networks that process pain.
