🌟Sinus, Head & Neck Massage with Hopi Ear Candles.🌟

The treatment begins with Hopi Ear Candling, followed by a sinus, face and head massage with gentle neck stretches, using a blend of Rosemary, Peppermint & Lavender Essential Oils, relieving symptoms of sinus pain or just keeping things in check.

A relaxing face massage, using an Essential Oil blend of Lavender, Lemon & Frankincense - followed by a head and neck massage, incorporating a few gentle neck stretches and finishing with a foot massage and rich foot cream.
🌟Tired Feet Treats 👣🌟

The luxury treatment begins with a reviving and cleansing foot spray of mint, witch hazel and cypress ~ sit back in the chair, resting your head & close your eyes, while you enjoy an Aromatherapy hand massage and a twenty minute warm, bubbly and soothing foot spa soak in natural magnesium sulphate crystals with the added fragrance of Green Tea & Chamomile. Transferring to the massage couch for an Aromatherapy foot massage, which includes your calves, with a little extra treat of a heated eye mask (chamomile or lavender). Finishing the treatment with a rich moisturising foot cream with mint, lavender and marshmallow.

A quality grape seed oil base is used with your chosen blend, of up to THREE, Essential Oils ~ from my list. Any blend left over from your massage is yours to keep ~ add to your bath 🛁 or to simply massage into your skin.

Reiki Healing is an energy healing technique that uses mainly hands-off healing for the entire body, but also hands-on healing around the head and feet. This technique can assist in reducing pain and helps you contact with the healer within. There is space at the end of each of the above to talk about what I felt and how you are feeling.

Aromatherapy back, neck, head. shoulders & foot massage, finishing off with 20 minutes of peaceful reiki healing. 🌟Balancing Hormone Essential Oil Blend ~ Full Body Aromatherapy Massage🌟

The three most effective Essential Oils in balancing hormones are Clary Sage, Thyme and Sandalwood ~ a beautiful combination. The Treatment consists of a full body aromatherapy massage using these three essential oils in a blend, with grapeseed oil as your base. A cooling gel filled eye mask is applied for the second half of the treatment. And finishes off with a rich foot cream.

The treatment begins with a cleansing foot spray, whilst you sit back in the chair, resting your head and closing your eyes - your feet in a heated bubbly foot spa with essential oils of Turmeric, Black Pepper and Ginger and a good helping of Himalayan Salts. Transferring then to the warm comfortable massage couch for a 100 minute full body Aromatherapy Massage, using the same Essential Oils for your optimum benefit. My full body massages include the whole body (your feet, legs, back, arms, hands, neck, face, head too). Finishing with an additional foot massage with luxury foot cream. What could be more warming, relaxing and peaceful, on a cold winters day - all in my little therapy barn ~ lit with candles and salt lamps, with the log burner crackling away in the background.
⭐️Five Treats⭐️
Five treatments over 130 minutes £100
Warming bubbly foot spa with magnesium green tea & chamomile foot soak, followed by a full body Chamomile or Lavender Aromatherapy Massage. A warming Chamomile or Lavender eye mask helping to reduce eye fatigue, a scalp massage with raw coconut oil, finishing with a rich nourishing hand and foot cream foot massage.
📍Please bring a pair of clean socks to pop on afterwards and best to wear or bring some shorts or loose trousers you can roll up.
🌟Himalayan Salt Scrub/Massage🌟
70 minutes £65. (Hopi Ear Candling can be added on for £15 and takes around 20 minutes).
A 70 minute full body scrub/massage (avoiding the face and head), using fine therapeutic grade Himalayan salt, blended with grapeseed and a few drops of your chosen essential oils. The minerals in Himalayan salt are said to have powerful healing properties and help to restore deep hydration to the skin, eliminating dead cells. The salt is safe to leave on your skin until you get home. Bath or shower, patting your skin dry (rather than rubbing). 📍This treatment is not suitable if you have any open skin wounds, blisters, cuts, any rashes or recent sunburn.
🌟Himalayan Salt Scrub back Massage & Raw Coconut Scalp Massage🌟
60 minutes £55 (Hopi Ear Candling can be added on for £15 and takes around 20 minutes)
The treatment begins with a deeply relaxing gentle head massage with raw coconut. The Himalayan Salt back Massage follows, blended with grapeseed and a few drops of your chosen essential oil. Finishing off with a rich cream foot massage. The salt is safe to leave on your skin until you get home. Shower, patting your skin dry (rather than rubbing). The raw coconut oil in your hair can be left on all day or overnight. 📍This treatment is not suitable if you have any open skin wounds, blisters, cuts, any rashes or recent sunburn.

Full body massage with warmed essential oil of Bergamot, Rose Geranium, Rosewood, Lavender and Yang Ylang, blended with a base of Organic Jojoba and Argan Oil. The deeply relaxing full body massage also includes gentle neck stretches to ease out tension and reset, face, scalp, head & hair, hands and a long foot massage. Complete with heated couch.

The treatment begins with a cleansing foot spray, whilst you sit back in the chair, resting your head and closing your eyes. Your feet in a heated bubbly foot spa with Essential Oils of Cinnamon, Sweet Orange and Black Pepper and a good handful of Himalayan Salts. Transferring then to the warm comfortable massage couch for a 100 minute full body Aromatherapy Massage, using the same Essential Oils for your optimum benefit. My full body massages include the whole body (your feet, legs, back, arms, hands, neck, face, head too). Finishing with an additional foot massage with luxury foot cream.
🌟 Citrus Lift
Aromatherapy Massage Treatment
Two hours £95
The treatment consists of a full body Citrus Aromatherapy Massage (blend made especially for you), ten minutes of Reiki Healing (even a short session can induce a state of deep relaxation, sensations of warmth or a deep sense of peace) and finishing with foot butter containing Orange essential Oils foot massage (please bring some clean socks for me to pop on your feet at the end).
🌟Lavender or Chamomile Massage Package 2 hours £95
The treatment begins with a 2 hour full body Lavender or Chamomile aromatherapy massage. This also includes your face, scalp and hair, a 20 minute relaxing warm Lavender or Chamomile eye mask is applied during this time to help to reduce eye puffiness and fatigue. And finishing off with a luxury moisturising, foot cream massage.
