Two of my clients have booked this lovely ‘Autumn Glow’ treatment today ~ This mornings client adding both Reiki Healing and Hopi Ear Candling. 🙏🏼

A little previous as Autumn is not officially here until 22nd September, but….

Two hours of treatments £90

To set the scene, my little barn will be lit with candles and Himalayan salt lamps. The couch will be warm and as the colder days come along, the log burner will be your welcome too. 🔥

The treatment begins with a cleansing foot spray, whilst you sit back in the chair, resting your head and closing your eyes. Your feet in a heated bubbly foot spa with Essential Oils of Cinnamon, Sweet Orange and Black Pepper and a good handful of Himalayan Salts.

Transferring then to the warm comfortable massage couch for a 100 minute full body Aromatherapy Massage, using the same Essential Oils for your optimum benefit. My full body massages include the whole body (your feet, legs, back, arms, hands, neck, face, head too).

Finishing with an additional foot massage with luxury foot cream.

📍Little extra touches of an optional eye mask and essential oil mist spray - all add to your heightened experience.

🤎 Cinnamon Essential Oil amongst other things is known to decrease inflammation and fight infection my stimulating the immune system.

🧡 Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Has an uplifting aroma and offers a range of benefits, including mood boosting, stress reduction and relaxation.

🖤 Black a pepper Essential Oil is both energising and invigorating. It supports a healthy circulation, detoxification and digestive system, especially when used in massage.

You can add any of these treatments on at time of booking.

Hopi Ear Candles - a relaxing and increasingly popular treatment but what can they do for you?

Payments for your treatments are by bank transfer or cash please - on the day, just prior to, or at your appointment, with me.

In line with most therapists, I do now charge a cancellation fee. My policy is - if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the cost of your booked treatment will be payable and this will need to be paid the same day please.

However, I believe this is only fair if this works both ways! - if I cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I will take 50% off your same appointment re-booked and if it’s within an hour of your appointment, then your same re-booked treatment will be free
