Yes...Finally, the wait is over!..π
After the long holiday break we return again for regular weekly Friday morning sessions.
It's been a while, and I'm certain many of you may be finding the thought of a Yoga session daunting, but allow me to assure you, all will be well.π«Άπ»
I promise a slow, gentle, ease in class with nothing that will be too tricky or exerting, some flow, some alignment work, pranayama (Breathwork) guided meditation, relaxation with the Tibetian Singing Bowls.

The class is for 90 minutes & costs only Β£8
If you are new to experiencing Classical Hatha Yoga then this will be a perfect opportunity to roll out the mat and engage with this ancient practice of movement, breath and wellbeing.

Age, size, experience, even strength or flexibility levels are not relevant.
What is relevant is a desire or willingness to become stronger, more flexible, healthier and to attain a better understanding of yourself, your mind/ body and life.

Those returning to Yoga after a break, or regulars to the practice are welcome also, because Yoga is for everyone, that's why 300 million of us practice on a regular basis.
