To make it easier for patients to contact the surgery we are using a new online request system from Monday 9th of March 2026. Instead of waiting on the phone, you can now send us your request using the link below from 8am. This allows the clinical team to review your problem and direct you to the most appropriate person and appointment.

How it works.

2) Fill in a short form explaining your request or symptoms.

3) The request is reviewed by the team.

4) We will contact you with the most appropriate appointment, advice or next steps.

If you cannot use the online system the reception team will be happy to help you complete the form.
