For many men, speaking openly about mental health can feel unfamiliar – even uncomfortable. Whether through social conditioning or personal experience, men often carry the expectation that they ought to just soldier on. But we all know that silence doesn’t always serve us. 💜

That’s why at Cera we're pleased to be starting a new Men’s Mental Health Employee Resource Group, Cera Men Connect ♂️ a space where colleagues can come together to talk, listen and learn in a way that feels safe, supportive and respectful.

The group is open to Cera colleagues who identify as a man and to allies who want to be part of the conversation.

It's all about creating a healthier culture around mental wellbeing for men.

We’re looking for Support Workers in the Dolgellau area. As a Support Worker with Care Quality Services you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting people who have varying needs and abilities but include;learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.

Covering: Dolgellau

Role Highlights:

Shift patterns can consist of 8, 12 & 24 hr block-pay - including days & sleep-in nights, part time or full time, we are flexible on the days you work although some alternate weekend working is essential.
£12.60 per hour.
A driver will need to be considered as it is required to use the service users’ mobility vehicles.

Opportunity to complete either QCF Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (through work based learning) and further progression opportunities
