I am a VTCT level 3 qualified Swedish massage practitioner with ten years experience. Swedish massage is the ideal way to wind down at the end of the day. As a full-body massage it works on all of the main muscle groups, encouraging the muscles to contract and relax in order to relieve tension and aid relaxation. Your massage will take about an hour and be preceded by a brief consultation. I offe
