E-Motion Trail Coach Regulation Life Coach • PT • Mountain biker and trail runner. I’ve been there. I survived it. Now I’m here to help others thrive. Old enough to know better.

Young enough to do it anyway. Fearless and passionate about helping others transform—because I’ve been there.

On the outside do you present as coping but on the inside it feels like a very different story?

If you have followed me here, seen the posts, listened to my videos and still feel like something inside you has not fully shifted… then I want you to know you are not alone.
I too have been there.

I am creating a grounded private Facebook community for women who are fedup or struggling where they’re at and ready to move forward differently.

Inside, I will be sharing honest conversations, nervous system support, practical tools, mindset shifts, and gentle accountability to help women begin understanding themselves and with encouragement and group support to step from who they are to who they want to be.

This is not a space for simply watching from the sidelines. It is for women who are ready to take small, steady steps towards change within themself.

And if once inside the group, you feel ready to work more deeply towards a specific goal or change in your life, there will also be the opportunity for 1-to-1 support. We can arrange a video call first to make sure we are the right fit and that I can genuinely support you.

The goal is not just to use tools to calm your body and mind and help you feel better for a little while.

It is to become so aware of what your body needs that you begin arriving at the trails already feeling more grounded, calm, and better within yourself.

That is when riding becomes freedom again instead of escape.

E-Motion Trail Women is now open.

If this is you message me for the link to the group. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Last night I wasn’t on the trails. I was at my first day rave. Movement isn’t just on a bike for me. Sometimes it’s music and movement regulating my nervous system in a different way. Normally in my kitchen 😀

No alcohol. No drugs.
Just me, connected to my own nervous system. And in that space, I had two very different experiences.

One man danced beside me.
Eyes closed. In his body. Not stepping into my space. Not interrupting my moment. I was the same. At one point we opened our eyes and smiled. No words. Two people, fully in themselves.

And then the other side.
A man who kept putting his arm around me, stepping into my space uninvited. Kept using ( cringy) chat-up lines. Kept pushing for my attention even after I said I was there just to dance. Ignoring my boundaries.
Pulling me out of my state.
He wasn’t connecting like he thought he was. He was trying to pull me into his dysregulated state so he could feel better. One was regulated and respectful.
The other dysregulated and disrespectful.

And this is where red flags get missed. Because your nervous system know but if you haven’t learned to listen to it, you’ll intellectualise it instead. You explain it away.
Minimise it. Override it.
Especially if you’ve spent years regulating others instead of staying with yourself. It is not your job to regulate grown adults who cannot regulate themselves or rely on your presence to feel better.

I’ve been there. Missed the red flags. Ignored what my body was telling me. And felt worse for it in the long run.

My work isn’t just about helping to learn to regulate yourself. It’s about:
recognising when you’re dysregulated and knowing how to bring yourself back
and recognising when someone is trying to outsource their regulation onto you or you are outsourcing your regulation onto them.

Being regulated can look different for everyone.

I just had a walk on a childhood beach that brought back many memories.

For some, it’s movement and adventure.

For others, it’s stillness, nature, laughter, play, or connection.

For me it was a combination.
A walk on the beach.
Swimming in the sea.
Fishing quietly.
Sharing food.
Building sandcastles.
Feeling the breeze on my skin.

What settles one nervous system may not settle another.

The key is noticing what helps you feel safe, present, connected, and more like yourself.

Over six weeks, through 1:1 support in person or online, I can help you discover what regulation looks like for you — and build more of it into your everyday life so you can enjoy those trails even more.

As a child perhaps you experienced ACEs such as abuse, neglect, addiction, violence, or chaos in the home.

Maybe, like many others, your adversity looked different — bullying, parents divorcing, moving house, changing schools, emotional neglect, instability, feeling unsafe, never feeling truly seen and supported, or like me, growing up in Northern Ireland.

These experiences can shape your young nervous system.

In adulthood it may look like:
Anxiety
People-pleasing
Overthinking
Hyper-independence
Low self-worth
Relationship struggles
Feeling unsafe when life is calm
Always expecting something to go wrong
Struggling to relax

These were adaptations.

On my 6-week course, either online, in-person 1-to-1, or in my upcoming online group, you can learn tools to start stabilising your nervous system so you can regulate quicker when life gets tough.

Let’s get you more regulated before you hit the trails, so you can get even more out of them when you’re on them.

For years I used the trails to buffer the symtoms of my storms of life like anxiety, negative thinking, overwhelm, feelings of drowning— and when I hit those trails I had the added bonus they got me fit.

They helped, but I was still buffering my symptoms of lifes storms rather than changing what sat underneath.

The real shift came for me when I learned how to create calm within myself any time I needed to.

Now the trails don’t just help me cope — they actually enhance my life.

If your life feels stormy and you’re tired of buffering your symtoms and want to learn another way then message me.❤️

National Stalking Awareness Month

Stalking can deeply destabilise the nervous system.

You may look fine on the outside, yet inside feel hyper-alert, anxious, frozen, distracted, unable to relax.

Even simple things like going for a walk, riding the trails, being in nature, or enjoying your own life can feel harder.

That is not weakness. It is a nervous system responding to threat.

Remember the impact is real — and with the right support, safety and regulation can be rebuilt.

You deserve to feel free in your own life again.

If this resonates, I work with women ready to rebuild - through movement, nature, nervous system work and community.

Message me "Trails" to find out more."

It is important to note that this is not an exhaustive list and stalkers will find alternate ways to continue contacting their victims.

If you are experiencing stalking, you can report to the police via 999 in an emergency or for non-emergency incidents, calling 101 or reporting online using your local police force’s website.

For advice and support, contact info@paladinservice.co.uk.

You do not need to be local to work with me.

My support does not need to be limited by distance.

In an ideal world, we’d meet on the trails which is great if you are local.

We’d talk through what’s holding you back, where you want change, and set goals together.

But if you’re not local, that’s no barrier as I offer 1-to-1 online support and a Facebook group for women starting soon — helping you to start to feel stronger in life to enjoy the trails on your own doorstep just as I do mine.

Message me "Trails" if youd like to know more.
