Just a little heads-up that I will have limited appointments available this month, as I’m on holiday from 14th–23rd October, and then off again for a family reunion from 28th October–3rd November.

It’s the first time I’ve had so much time off in one month and so looking forward to the experience.

Please book ahead to secure your spot over the next few weeks.

Reflexology is a natural therapy that benefits not only the physical body but also the mind, the emotions and the whole being. It works via the feet to help rebalance the whole person, not only improving presenting symptoms.

There are many positive benefits, especially for those living with stress, anxiety, skin conditions & hormonal imbalances, as it can helps to relieve symptoms and boosts the immune system.

During a reflexology session, specific pressure points in the feet are stimulated to identify blockages and imbalances within the body and unblock the meridian energy channels.
This treatment is deeply relaxing as well as energising.

I have over 25 years experience in offering reflexology treatments and also offer specific treatments to help with the Menopause, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum.
