Laying the foundations for mind-body-soul wellbeing.
Take time this November to go on a reflective, empowering journey towards healing, vibrancy and authenticity in the beautiful Blackbird of Donaghadee. π¦ββ¬ This Root to Rise course is an opportunity to find a deeper connection with yourself, your creativity, others and nature - to root into the truth of who you are and rise in confidence and strength.
Who for?
Women seeking authentic connection and to deepen their sense of self? Women feeling frazzled, ungrounded, anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, fatigued, suffering from immune or metabolic dysfunction, gut issues?
Many of these symptoms point to a level of dysregulation in the nervous system which this course is designed to support. You will be empowered with tools, based in ancient wisdom and supported by science, to harness your bodyβs innate wisdom towards mind-body-soul healing and growth.
Practices will include:
Mindful movement for up and down-regulating the nervous system (all-ability chair based). π§π»ββοΈ
Vagus Nerve stimulation exercises. β¨
Meditation and breath practices. π«
Self-reflection through journaling, mapping your nervous system and creative practices. ποΈπ¨βπ»
If your intuition is telling you it's your time for a shift - this will be a lifetime investment in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. This course will provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, supportive space where all hearts are nourished and you can safely explore your challenges and gifts. It is to be approached with a sense of openness and fun. No experience, level of fitness or sense of creativity is required.
