Apparently it's still January. True story.
But short little February is on the horizon. Then before you know it, Easter Eggs, BBQ, toffee apples, Christmas again in no time. Hardly worth taking the tree down.

So why not welcome February, with a relaxing treatment. You deserve it. You survived January. Just about.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!

It is very important to support local businesses. And if that means me tasting locally made baked goods, then so be it.
If you're having a wee jaunt round the peninsula, and reach Cloughey, check out Yum's the Word
(Theres also a branch in Ards.)
On the beach front, by the play park.
You won't be disappointed. And a wee doggo was very much enjoying a puppucchino, as I struggled to choose between all the gorgeous treats.

That's a wrap on 2025.🙂🍾
Thanks to all my lovely clients. Also to anyone who shares a post, reviews, or recommendations to friends and family. It all helps to support a small local business.

The phone is now off until I reopen on January 6th. New menu is online and in the previous post.

I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Try not to get bogged down in what other people's Christmas looks like. People tend to post the matching pyjamas, and the beautifully set table, and the piles of perfectly wrapped pressies.
No one is posting a photo of them mid breakdown. Temper broken by the cellotape. Half way through a box of Celebrations that were meant for the neighbour.

At least try and take some time out for yourself.
Remember. It's the one time of year you can hide in a room and scream "Don't come in!!!!!" And people think you're wrapping their presents.

Its National check your boob's day. Always make sure you know your normal and get any changes checked out ASAP.
It can help to set aside a particular day or date at least once a month.
I do this and I stick to it religiously. It's one of the reasons I'm no longer welcome on the Glider.
And encourage the men in your life to check too. Their own I mean.
Check all your bits. Because sadly all our fun parts are now trying to kill us.🩷🩷🩷
