Today’s Wellbeing Wednesday took us to Highfields Coffee Social, where we spent some time away from the day‑to‑day to reconnect, check in with one another, and enjoy a proper coffee together.

Creating space for our team to pause, talk, and recharge is an important part of our wellbeing initiative. These moments remind us how valuable it is to step out of the routine, share a laugh, and strengthen the relationships that make our work possible.
