Something worth sharing...
The field of integrative health goes deep. It has to because we are multi-dimensional beings.
However, as patients, we've been brainwashed to believe that doctors fix us when we're poorly and that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. Taking supplements is part of this conditioning. We read from DR Google that a certain supplement will help our symptoms. ITS NOT THAT SIMPLE.
All nutraceuticals impact the body-mind in different ways, and understanding the pathway of diss-ease is complex. If you, like me, have a cupboard full of supplements, it's important to understand WHY. If you feel they made no difference, then why would you keep on wasting good money? Here are a few factors to help you stop wasting your hard-earned cash.
1. Buy cheap, buy twice - Brands count. Research the scientific background of the labs that support their claims.
2. Find the pathology of the problem upstream. Health symptoms involve pathways. It's not just a suck-it-and-see approach.
3. Get some support - We encourage you to post questions about supplements and health pathways on this platform. We have a dedicated team that monitors posts to help improve your well-being.
The supplements in the image above could very well help ease your symptoms, but not when taken willy-nilly - they are designed as a careful step-by-step process. Timing, dosage and knowing when to or when not to overlap is key.
We may be able to help you find the problem, and support you treat its cause, not just the symptoms.
