I am privileged to work with all ages including children, young people and adults. The children, I see in some pretty amazing schools and in one this morning, picture cards were used because anxiety and verbal communication was just too overwhelming…

When life feels overwhelming and I need to step away from it all, I put on my shoes, grab the leads, and head out for a walk with my dogs. 🐾
There’s something about fresh air, movement, and a change of scenery that helps clear my mind and bring me back to the present moment.
We all need those small, grounding rituals that help us reset.
