Don’t Just Talk the Talk — Walk the Walk
As a coach, I believe you can’t truly understand what it takes to reach a goal unless you’ve been through the process yourself.
That’s why I’ve always pushed myself to experience different types of training and challenges — from circuit and functional training, to races like 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and even a 30-mile run for a good cause.
Now, I’m stepping into something completely different: a bodybuilding competition.
Not because I want to become a bodybuilder full time, but because I want to understand what it takes to achieve a stage-ready physique — the discipline, the mindset, the sacrifice.
For me, coaching isn’t just about giving advice from the sidelines. It’s about having walked the path in some way myself so I can better support my clients—whether their goal is fat loss, endurance, performance, or aesthetics.
This competition is another layer in my journey to be the most well-rounded, empathetic, and experienced coach I can be.
Walk the walk — always.
