📌 1:1 Client Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• All cancellations or rescheduled sessions
must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session charge must be paid before you can be rebooked.
• For clients on a block booking plan, a late cancellation or no-show will result in one session being deducted from your block.
• Illnesses and genuine emergencies will be considered.
• If you are feeling unwell, please still try to cancel within the 24-hour window, not minutes before your session.
• Example: Cancelling 5 minutes before your session does not allow time to offer the slot to another client.

📆 Block Booking Policy
• The majority of my clients train using block bookings, which offer discounted session rates based on frequency.
• The more consistently you attend, the more you save.
• If you receive a discount for attending 3 sessions per week, but only attend 1–2 sessions, an additional charge will apply to cover the remaining sessions at the standard rate.
• If a block booking client does not attend for 6 consecutive weeks, the block automatically expires and:
• You will need to start a new block booking
• Any outstanding, unused sessions will not be carried over or saved
• Again, illness, holidays, and emergencies will be considered and may extend your block where appropriate — just keep communication open.

✅ Allow me to offer as many session slots as possible
• This applies to all clients, whether you’ve trained with me for 2 weeks or 2 years.

⏰ My Availability
• I am extremely busy in the gym, in there 10–12 hour days with my own training too plus i work weekends.
• Alongside coaching, I also have my own daily training to complete, meaning:
• Availability can sometimes be limited, and rescheduling last minute can be very difficult.
• I always do my best to accommodate clients on their preferred days and times, but I also have to protect time with my family.
• Last-minute cancellations directly impact both my income and my family time.

I love my job and value every single client, but I am still receiving a high number of last-minute cancellations.
Sticking to these policies allows me to continue doing what I love while maintaining balance in my personal life too. 💛
