1:1 client notice
Just a quick reminder about my 1:1 client cancellation policy.
Recently I’ve had quite a few last-minute cancellations, and while I always try to be understanding, it does impact me financially as this is my business and main source of income.
As outlined in the consultation form completed before your first session:• Any sessions cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full price.
The only exceptions will be genuine emergencies.
If you’re feeling unwell, something comes up, or you have childcare issues within that 24-hour window, I completely understand these situations can be stressful, but they won’t be classed as emergencies under the policy.
I truly don’t like charging for missed sessions, so I’d really appreciate everyone doing their best to stick to the cancellation policy.
