As you get ready to return to school or college, now is a good time to take some time and reflect on your own wellbeing.
Think about how things like sleep, exercise and eating habits may be impacting on your mental health.
If things are going well, that's great! You can see what works well for you and continue this. If things haven't been so great this month then think about introducing some small changes that may start to have a positive impact on your wellbeing.
It is always important to take time out to reflect - maybe make this part of your weekly or monthly routine.
