April is . To mark the month, we’re sharing 30 Ways to Stress Less — a daily tip for you and your family to help manage stress, stay connected, and support good mental and physical wellbeing. Stress is a normal part of life, and it’s something we all experience. These ideas aren’t just for April — you can use them anytime you need a moment to pause, reset, and look after yourself. This resource was created by our Education Mental Health Practitioners as part of the Dorset Mental Health Support Team in Schools, who are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children and young people.

Download the full resource: head to the link in our bio or visit bit.ly/47wwQkS to save your copy for whenever you need it.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin or burnt out, remember you don’t have to do everything all at once. Sometimes how we choose to rest and repair matters more than how quickly we move forward. 💙

Follow us for more tips, tools, and everyday ideas to help you manage stress and support your wellbeing.

Doncaster With Me in Mind wish you at Happy Easter Think about taking time to engage in activities which promote mental health and wellbeing. Activities which promote mindfulness, nature connection, and creative relaxation to reduce stress. Some ideas are mindful egg painting, creating "egg-firmation" baskets, taking nature walks, and baking. For children, activities like creating calm cards or sensory-friendly egg hunts help build emotional awareness. 🐥🐰

Many of you are now thinking ahead to GCSE's and A levels next term, some of you may be thinking about transitioning to a new school or college. Now is a good time to take some time and reflect on your own wellbeing.
Consider how things are going at home, with friends and at school. Think about how things like sleep, exercise and eating habits may be impacting on your mental health.
If things are going well, that's great! You can see what works well for you and continue this. If things haven't been so great this month then think about introducing some small changes that may start to have a positive impact on your wellbeing.
It is always important to take time out to reflect - maybe make this part of your weekly or monthly routine.
