We are told how important exercise is for our physical wellbeing, our mental health is no different. Therapy does change lives and for that reason, if you are unhappy, stressed and not sure what to do, you need to remember that life is short and you deserve to live the life you want. My approach is integrative, which means that I am trained in several different modalities, allowing me to work in a way that suits each unique client. I am dedicated to providing a high quality service and alleviating a variety of psychological issues. I hold a psychology degree and Masters in counselling. I have 20 years experience and skilled in working within mental health, domestic abuse, addiction.
