I'm hosting a free drumming circle at Flourish, St. Catherine's House and I'd love you to come and join me.

We're starting at 6pm and it will be an hour long (all drums provided... I have many! 🤣 )

Drumming is a brilliant way to let yourself go (in a safe space) and express yourself through the rhythm and the beat...

Finding a flow that feels natural to you.

Bit last minute so please share with anyone and everyone you think might be interested in coming and let me know in the comments if you're thinking of attending (no need to book) but it would be good to have an idea of numbers.
