KB4Care, a trusted domiciliary care provider, is looking for a Part time Office Administrative Assistant to join our friendly office team.

In this role, you’ll help keep our service running smoothly by managing calls and emails, supporting care schedules, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with recruitment. You’ll also be the first point of contact for clients and families, making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone organised, reliable, and compassionate, with strong communication and IT skills. Previous admin experience is great, especially in care or healthcare, but not essential.
