Reiki founded in Japan in the early 1920’s is a healing technique using the universal life force energy (or Ki) in and around us. It helps charge and realign our natural flow of energy. Used as an alternative therapy for the treatment of physical, emotional and mental diseases, it assists our bodies natural healing process. A reiki treatment has been found to help reduce stress, promote relaxation and eases symptoms of a range of health concerns. It is often used as a complimentary treatment to western medicine.
