✨ NEW VENUE ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

I’m so excited to finally share that Bohemia Floating Sound Immersions are coming to Askern Leisure Centre in partnership with DCLT.

Following the incredible response to our recent floating events, including sold-out sessions and growing waitlists, I’m delighted to be bringing this unique experience even closer to home.

Imagine floating effortlessly on warm water whilst being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, therapeutic percussion and guided relaxation, creating a truly unforgettable experience for mind, body and soul.

What's your once in a blue moon moment?

Tonight we experience a rare Blue Moon, the second Full Moon within the same month.

I've always loved the phrase "once in a blue moon."

Something rare. Something meaningful. Something that doesn't come around every day.

Perhaps that's why this moon feels like such a beautiful invitation to pause and check in with ourselves.

Have you been feeling a quiet nudge lately?

This Blue Moon falls within Sagittarius energy, the sign of expansion, possibility, and trusting the path ahead.

This morning I had the privilege of holding space for the wonderful team at Wentbridge House Hotel

With wedding season in full swing, it was an honour to offer the hardworking staff a chance to step away from the demands of the day, pause for a little while and gently drift into stillness through guided meditation, breathwork and a deeply restorative sound immersion.

Surrounded by beautiful grounds and overlooking the Folly, it was a reminder that even those who spend their days caring for others deserve time to rest, restore and simply be.

The energy this morning was truly special✨

Thank you to the team at Wentbridge House Hotel for such a warm welcome and for trusting me to bring Bohemia into your beautiful space.

I’m incredibly excited about some special wellbeing events and collaborations we have planned together over the summer.

There’s something so healing about slowing down and reconnecting with nature 🌿✨

This morning’s dog walk involved sunshine through the gorgeous willow tree, bare feet on the grass, deep breaths, and a little reminder that grounding doesn’t have to be complicated.

Did you know the willow tree is often seen as a symbol of emotional healing, intuition, softness, resilience, and learning to flow with life rather than force against it? 🤍

Standing beneath it this morning felt like a little reminder to slow down and take it all in.

Sometimes the most powerful reset is simply stepping outside, feeling the earth beneath you, and allowing yourself to pause for a moment.
