THIS WEEK - Classes are running as usual @ The Welfare - both at 6:30 pm

Also, this week I'm going to be doing a LIVE Q & A's evening. 🤩 I get asked lots of questions that I answer separately, so why not introduce myself on here & answer them all together 🤘 So, get your questions ready! 🤩

You will learn what happens before classes, during & afterwards along with lots of useful tips on what exercise does for us mentally, physically & emotionally! It's magic! ✨️

Sooo.. You see how my page refers to Zumba Fitness, yet I now do Clubbercise & launching NEW classes soon.

I feel the name needs to be inclusive to ALL of my classes. But what?

I want to hear your suggestions or ideas 🤩 It doesn't matter if you haven't attended any of the classes (even though you're TOTALLY missing out if you don't 😉) but, I'm interested to hear all ideas.. fun, quirky, creative..

Maybe, if I decide to use an idea suggested you could WIN yourself a month of FREE classes 😉
