We are a mental health charity that provide support and practical support. There is no judgement just support.

Millions of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one struggle. Some of us have seen our already fragile mental health plummet, while the support networks around us disappear. We’ve seen our friends, our partners, our parents, our children and ourselves struggle. Hail Yourself came into fruition after the tragic loss of a much loved musician, James Miller. Having the immortal words, 'Hail Yourself' tattooed on his neck he offered support and friendship to others who also struggled with their mental health. However he lost his own battle in 2020 and it is with great honour that we use his own words to offer practical support to people during a time when waiting lists are growing longer and the demand for services are gooing through the roof.

Please all consider sponsoring two of our Hail Yourself trustees, Kennedy Louise Stenton-Holland and Megan Axup as take the ultimate plunge to raise funds. They are doing their skydive in June this year. All the proceeds will go towards paying for much needed therapeutic services for people who are struggling with mental health related problems whilst waiting on the long NHS waiting lists. We are also starting up some peer mentoring talking shops for various groups, including a group for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. Exciting things for the future that is not possible without the fundraising. So thank you Meg and Kennedy for your support! I've often wanted to throw Meg out of a plane but I am told that she will be wearing a parachute haha
