Andy’s man club runs every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment.

The clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish

Just a warm welcoming space for guys to talk.

The UK is seeing higher than usual cases of flu but it’s not too late to receive your vaccination

Heat your home to a temperature that's comfortable for you. If you can, this should be at least 18°C in the rooms that you regularly use, such as your living room and bedroom.

When presenting with an illness, antibiotics are not always going to help. This is because common illnesses like colds and sore throats are caused by viruses, not bacteria, and antibiotics are ineffective against them.

Prescribing antibiotics when they are not needed increases the risk of antibiotic resistance. Meaning they won’t work when they are really needed.
