Urgent and Emergency services are always busy the weekend after Christmas, please be patient.

In line with NHS guidance and targets, we aim to see all patients at the Same Day Health Centre and the Urgent Treatment Centre who have an appointment, within 30 minutes of their appointment time.

We aim to see patients without an appointment, including those streamed from A&E within 4 hours of arrival.

Sometimes, emergencies or complex illnesses can impact on these targets.

Appointments can be made via 111 or by calling 0300 1233103
