Hi guys!!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Ellie Dunn and I am a fully Certified and Insured Equine Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist covering all of South Yorkshire! I am a Graduate of Equissage Europe which is an accredited ESMT qualification taught by Helen Woolley who is a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Equine massage is a well-accepted treatment modality which helps prevent injury and can be used to treat minor muscular skeletal problems just as a sports massage therapist would use massage in the treatment of a human client.
I use targeted sports massage techniques to enhance equine wellbeing and athletic performance. Sports massage has many physical benefits but also can be used to increase relaxation and reduce stress levels. Massage therapy has shown to help reduce stiffness caused by injury and long term chronic conditions such as arthritis this is done by increasing blood supply to the affected area and removing a build up of toxins.
