There will be no Pilates on Monday 30th as Mandie is also away.

Looking to build strong, defined shoulders? Lateral raises are a must! Whether you're using dumbbells or just bodyweight, this move packs a punch! πŸ”₯

πŸ“ How to Perform (with or without weights):

Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand (or clench fists if going bodyweight).
Keep a slight bend in your elbows.
Slowly lift arms out to the sides until they’re at shoulder height.
Pause briefly, then lower under control.
βœ… Focus on smooth, controlled movements – avoid swinging!

Strengthens the medial deltoids (outer shoulder muscles)
Improves shoulder stability
Helps shape & define upper body aesthetics
Great for injury prevention and posture improvement
