I've been studying again! My new reflexology technique helps to re-balance energetic issues of the spine, caused or exacerbated by unhelpful emotions held in our body.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the technique helps with the flow of energy around the spinal column. Once this 'stuck' energy is moving / cleared or re-balanced again, the body is free to heal itself in the incredible way it knows how.

Some of the feedback so far has included easing of lower back pain, freer neck and shoulder mobility and improved shoulder position from the overall relaxation.

If you would like this, let me know...It's easily incorporated into a regular reflexology treatment and is a great pairing with massage to add another layer of support for this area.
