As a qualified Reflexologist, I use the Functional Reflex Therapy framework to help support the emotional wellbeing of children and adults with high levels of anxiety and stress also:

Treatments are available within the educational system and care home settings. I also offer appointments on a one-to-one basis.
I also run Functional Reflex Therapy rainbow relaxation workshops for parents and family care givers to enable them to bring the rainbow relaxation technique into their own home to use with their child or loved one.
