We are recruiting!

Deputy Manager
Balby, Doncaster | £32,240 | Full-time (40hrs) | Rota + On-call

Virtue Health Services Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to help lead our nurturing, values-led children’s home supporting young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs.

What you’ll do:
• Support the Registered Manager in daily operations
• Lead safeguarding and risk management
• Supervise and develop staff
• Oversee rotas and ensure safe staffing
• Maintain high-quality, child-centred care
• Support audits, care planning and Ofsted/Reg 44 readiness

What you’ll need:
• 2+ years in an Ofsted-registered children’s home
(Senior/Team Leader/Deputy)
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Experience supporting children with ASD, LD and complex
needs
• Confidence leading teams and challenging poor practice
• Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)

Desirable: Level 4/5, DSL experience, electronic care system knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who is: Child-centred, resilient, professional, organised and committed to high standards.

After settling into our new head office, we’re already seeing improvements in how we work.

More space for meetings, training sessions and team collaboration. This is proving to keep us focused and productive as we continue to grow.

Here at Virtue, as care providers we place people at the core of our values. 💚
So on this days, we would like to raise awareness about how important is inclusion of all abilities.
United Nation recognised that as a society there is no sustainable development without the inclusion of disabilities.
Many innovations that shape our daily lives — from text messaging to voice-activated technology — began as solutions developed by and for people with disabilities.
Yet systemic barriers persist: discrimination, poverty, and inaccessible services continue to limit the participation of the over one billion people with disabilities worldwide.
