Here at Virtue, as care providers we place people at the core of our values. 💚
So on this days, we would like to raise awareness about how important is inclusion of all abilities.
United Nation recognised that as a society there is no sustainable development without the inclusion of disabilities.
Many innovations that shape our daily lives — from text messaging to voice-activated technology — began as solutions developed by and for people with disabilities.
Yet systemic barriers persist: discrimination, poverty, and inaccessible services continue to limit the participation of the over one billion people with disabilities worldwide.

🍂🌧Seasonal changes can impact people more than we are aware, so Mental Health UK are raising awareness about Seasonal Affective Disorder which can feel like "winter blues". 🌧
Things like talking therapy or light therapy might be helpful to manage the symptoms of SAD.

• We welcome applicants with experience supporting children or adults with:
• Autism
• Learning disabilities
• Complex needs
• Challenging behaviour

in a residential care setting.

• Qualifications:
• Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Or a commitment to complete the qualification once in post
• 💙 What We Value: We’re seeking team members who genuinely care and want to positively impact the lives of the children in our care. Your empathy, resilience, and commitment will help shape a nurturing and safe environment.
• 📌 Roles Available:

• Full-Time Day Support Workers
o Shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm (12 hours)

• Full-Time Night Waking Support Workers
o Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am (12 hours)
o 42 hours per week

• Bank Staff
o Day and night shifts available

• 💷 Pay Rates:

💚Here at Virtue we are committed to promoting health related resources, this month we will be supporting the NHS Stop smoking campaign hoping to raise awareness about the effects of smoking.

five times more likely to quit for good.❌
Did you know that routine and manual workers such as labourers, bar staff,
lorry drivers, receptionist and care workers are more than
twice as likely to be smokers as other occupations?🩺🩻

Some of the benefits of quitting smoking:
💪better physical health : Brighter skin due to better oxygen levels and teeth will stop getting stained with tar, reduced risks of smoking-related diseases
🧠better mental health: Stopping smoking boosts mental health and wellbeing.
