Can I breastfeed my baby if I have suspected or confirmed coronavirus? 🤱
The answer is Yes ✅ . There is currently no evidence to suggest that coronavirus can be carried or passed on in breast milk. The well-recognised benefits of breastfeeding outweigh any potential risks of transmission of coronavirus through breastmilk. Meet the midwives

There are 7 midwife on the Lotus Team who cover the Doncaster and Bassetlaw Districts. Whilst you will mostly meet your named midwife during your pregnancy, we all have on-calls through the week and may attend for the birth of your baby.

Previously to COVID19 you would have had the opportunity to attend a 'meet the midwives' session to familiarise yourself with the team, sadly that is not currently possible but we will try to facilitate contact with multiple teams members in a Covid safe manner
