What a pleasure it was to meet Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D last night. Bruce is a beautiful soul, very kind and a revolutionary world leader - in my opinion - and he give the best hugs ever!

It was a great night opening time in the presence of hundreds of people that are interested in Conscious Evolution - that's my kind of evening.

It's a wrap!
Yorkshire Health and Wellbeing Festival 2024 - you've been a blast!

The stallholders were the most lovely.kind, caring people you could wish to meet 🥰

The Rock Choir was awesome.... 72 members from all over South Yorkshire came to entertain us and they were amazing!

Neena and I were supported by an army of gorgeous volunteers - without them, we couldn't of pulled it off......... 💜 ♥️ ❤️ Thank you - from the bottom of our very full hearts.

The visitors were super friendly, they came with smiles and joined in with the workshops, singing and had a good time browsing the stalls and having treatments.

Thank you to all that came - we appreciated your support and it was great to see you 🙏

St. Catherines staff have been superb from start to finish.

The kids were looked after, entertained and turned into butterflies, tigers, unicorns, flowers by our wonderful facepainter,
Sarup Singh.

Our circus workshop leader, Mr Dan, was amazing and helped the kids master some new skills and tricks.

I'm rather excited for the 1.30pm - 2.30pm session!!

It's going to be a powerful healing session you won't want to miss

This workshop is delivered by the festival organisers 😍

Me (Ceri Goode) and Neena Rainey

Together we will take you on a journey into the fun and healing of Laughter therapy and deep healing meditation.

This 50 minute workshop can help to relieve stress, anxiety, heal emotional issues and enhance overall health and wellbeing

it's not to be missed!

The first segment will elevate your mood, emotions and mentality, it will be super fun and totally enjoyable
The second segment, we will take those high feeling and create deep healing with the relaxation, meditation section.

If you would like to feel good and allow your body the rest and nourishment it needs to help repair and relax and rejuvenate, you need to attend this session!

All workshops/talks are hosted in the community building directly across from St. Catherines House.

Hi I'm Natalie from The Lily Pad Holistic Therapies, I'll be out on the lawn with my assistant Aisha, hosting a Retail stall full of Spiritual and Holistic gifts, as well as offering Reiki Taster sessions for just £5 (for 10 mins).

If you've often wondered what the Power of Reiki feels like, this is your perfect opportunity to try it out. There will be a waiting list available to pre book your time slot, so if it gets busy, you can enjoy all of what the Festival offers without waiting around, you can just pop back at your designated time.

I'm Sam a Children's Creative Counsellor and I bring the sunshine into the lives of the families I support.
I'm a mum and Grandma.
I love creativity in my personal and business life, particularly singing and dancing. I'm not afraid to be silly.
I'm here to listen and make a difference to children and young people by giving them a voice and the inner strength to realise they are enough.

You'll find a mix of creative activities to try and a little bit of how I support you as a family.

Here is a little about Claire's work.

"Hi, I'm Claire from Inside Nature Wellbeing, I am a Nature Based Psychotherapist and a Forest Therapy Guide. I support people to find a slower pace of life and to reach authentic actualisation through traditional Psychotherapy techniques and nature immersion.

I will be around to talk about what I offer - 1-2-1 Psychotherapy, Forest Therapy Walks and workshops. I will also be offering flower readings, natural home made fidget keyrings and showcasing some of my digital products to aid you with your nature connection and self development.
