These friendly, drop in sessions provide a safe space to connect, share and support one another.

Septembers schedule includes:
The Menopause Cafe (Sept 5)
SEND Parents Support Group (Sept 12)
Men to Men (Sept 19)
General Mental Health Signpost & Drop-In (Sept 26)

Each group offers open discussion, guidance and the chance to make new friends.

No joining instructions needed - just come along!
